01 — LEGAL STRUCTURE

KM Group LLC-FZ is the registered legal entity incorporated under Meydan Free Zone regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and operates across multiple operating platforms and licensed activities. 

 

This page outlines the legal, operational, commercial, privacy, accessibility, and payment principles governing the use of KM Group platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Kayanemahrejian.com

  • Sahagmahrejian.com

  • KaianeDesigns.com

  • KMGroup.ai

 

All commercial activities, engagements, operations and digital infrastructure associated with the above mentioned platforms operate under the licensed activities of KM Group LLC-FZ unless otherwise stated.

 

References to “KM Group,” “the Group,” “we,” “our,” or “platform” throughout the associated platforms refer collectively to KM Group LLC-FZ and its operated platforms, licensed activities, and associated commercial operations.

02 — PRIVACY POLICY

KM Group LLC-FZ respects the confidentiality and privacy of all users, clients, partners, institutions, and stakeholders engaging with the operating platform and websites.

Information submitted through these operating websites may include:

  • Business enquiries

  • Engagement requests

  • Project discussions

  • Advisory correspondence

  • Purchase information

  • Payment and invoicing details

Information is collected solely for operational, communication, commercial, administrative, engagement, and service delivery purposes.

 

KM Group does not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit personal information submitted through its operating platforms / websites.

Users engaging with KM Group operated websites acknowledge that electronic communications and internet-based transmissions may carry inherent cybersecurity and transmission risks beyond the direct control of KM Group LLC-FZ.

03 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or using KM Group operated platforms, users acknowledge and accept the following principles.

 

Unless otherwise stated or contractually governed, all content, frameworks, methodologies, visual assets, strategic models, written materials, intellectual property, and brand elements presented across KM Group operated platforms remain the property of KM Group LLC-FZ or their respective rights holders.

 

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or commercially utilised without prior written consent. Information presented across operated platforms is provided for general informational and positioning purposes only and does not constitute formal advisory, legal, financial, investment, procurement, engineering, or contractual advice unless explicitly governed under a separate executed agreement.

 

Any advisory engagement, strategic mandate, consultancy support, programme participation, product purchase, collaboration, or commercial relationship shall be governed exclusively through formal engagement documentation, commercial agreements, or approved transactional processes issued by KM Group LLC-FZ.

 

KM Group reserves the right to:

  • Modify platform content

  • Update service structures

  • Revise operating frameworks

  • Refuse engagements

  • Decline transactions

  • Suspend platform functionality

without prior notice.

 

Use of KM Group operated platforms shall not create partnership, fiduciary, employment, agency, or contractual relationships unless formally established through executed agreements.

KM Group LLC-FZ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, operational, reputational, or data-related losses arising from the use of its operated platforms, digital systems, communications, or publicly available materials unless otherwise governed through formally executed agreements. Use of KM Group operated platforms remains at the user’s own discretion and risk.

KM Group operated platforms may integrate or reference third-party services, technologies, payment processors, applications, or external platforms. KM Group LLC-FZ does not control and is not responsible for the operational practices, availability, policies, or security standards of such third-party systems.

04 — PAYMENT & BILLING TERMS

Payments associated with invoices, product purchases, advisory mandates, strategic engagements, programme participation, deposits, retainers, and commercial activities may be processed centrally through KM Group LLC-FZ using authorised payment gateways, banking infrastructure, invoicing systems, or third-party payment processors.

 

Websites / platforms operating under the KM Group may utilise consolidated payment infrastructure for operational efficiency, governance oversight, and financial administration purposes.

 

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Stripe payment processing (particularly for KaianeDesigns.com)

  • Bank transfers

  • Payment links

  • Invoices

  • Approved digital payment methods

 

All payments remain subject to:

  • Applicable engagement terms

  • Commercial agreements

  • Delivery schedules

  • Production timelines

  • Project scopes

  • Applicable taxes or governmental charges where relevant

 

For advisory engagements, payment obligations remain governed by executed commercial agreements, proposals, retainers, or approved contractual instruments.

 

For KaianeDesigns.com purchases, product orders, made-to-order garments, bespoke design services, deposits, production schedules, delivery timelines, and related policies may remain subject to additional operational and commercial terms communicated during the ordering process.

 

KM Group LLC-FZ reserves the right to:

  • Refuse transactions

  • Suspend processing

  • Delay, suspend, or refuse fulfilment or processing

  • Request verification

  • Cancel orders or engagements

where required for operational, compliance, legal, security, or commercial reasons.

05 — ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

KM Group LLC-FZ is committed to maintaining accessible and usable digital experiences across its operating platforms / websites.

Reasonable efforts are undertaken to improve clarity, usability, navigation structure, and accessibility standards across devices and audiences.

 

As KM Group operated platforms / websites continue to evolve, accessibility improvements may be implemented progressively over time. Users encountering accessibility limitations or usability concerns may contact the Group directly through the contact channels provided across each platform / website. KM Group LLC-FZ does not warrant uninterrupted accessibility across all devices, browsers, jurisdictions, or third-party integrations.

06 — CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCTTEMENT

KM Group operates across advisory, institutional, commercial, and creative environments where confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct remain fundamental operating principles.

The Group may engage with:

  • Sovereign entities

  • Institutional stakeholders

  • Multilateral organisations

  • Private sector leadership

  • Strategic ventures

  • Creative and commercial partners

Certain engagements, mandates, partnerships, or project references may therefore remain undisclosed, partially disclosed, anonymised, or subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.

All users, clients, collaborators, and counterparties interacting with the KM Group operated platforms are expected to maintain professional and lawful conduct in all communications and engagements.

07 — GOVERNING JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise expressly governed through executed contractual agreements, these terms and affiliated platform operations shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

KM Group LLC-FZ operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

08 — REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY INFORMATION

KM Group LLC-FZ is a Legal Entity under business License Number 2311252.01 with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Licensed Activities including but not limited to: Strategy Advisory Services, Management Consultancy Activities, Cost Control & Risk Management Services, Fashion Designing, E-Commerce, Retail Activities.

 

VAT Registration Number and applicable tax references may be added upon issuance and activation.​
